How to Root Sony Xperia Tipo, Android Rom Updates

Firstly this method need the following things so download by clicking on them :

1. Bin4ry Rooting Toolkit or Bin4ry Rooting Toolkit XDA thread(on first post) now unpack this into a folder.
   
2. Download .Android (its on .rar). and Extract android.rar in C:>Users>YourUserName and Reboot your computer.

Follow the steps to Root Sony Xperia Tipo

1. Enable USB debugging in android by going, settings>Developer options>USB debugging, enable USB debugging check box.
   
2. Double Click (Run): RunMe.bat present in the unzipped Bin4ry Rooting Toolkit folder.

3. Press “1″ when launched (Normal Mode)

4. Thats it the software will automatically root your device in seconds so after root just press any key to exit.

How to install clockworkmod recovery in Sony Xperia Tipo

1. Download CLOCKWORKMOD recovery. (Attachment in the 1st post)
   
2. Now unzip this file with 7zip/winzip anywhere in your PC.Connect to your pc keeping the debugging mode ON.
   
3. Open (Run) “Install.bat” file and it will install clockworkmod recovery itself in your Sony Xperia Tipo.
   
4. Once it is done, Reboot.You have installed (flashed) Clockworkmod recovery in your Tipo !

If you want to know if you are really rooted, go to the Play Store and install Root Checker to verify.
