1.  This procedure is known to work with the Pantech Breakout running Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread.  If you are running anything other than this, try it at your own risk!
2.  People have reported problems running this procedure on Windows 7 64-bit systems, as the drivers seem to not take properly; so make sure you try this on a Windows 7 32-bit operating system.
2.  Charge your device to 75% or more.
3.  Back up everything you feel is important before you begin.
Install recovery
1.  Extract BreakoutAllinOnePkg.zip to a folder on your desktop.
2.  In the extracted folder, go to the Driver subfolder and runMotorola_End_User_Driver_Installation_5.2.0_32bit.exe.  This should install the necessary drivers required for the procedure.
3.  Enable USB Debugging on your device.  To do this, go to Settings > Applications and tick the USB Debugging checkbox.
4.  Connect your device to your PC via a microUSB cable.  If there are any drivers being installed at this point, let Windows 7 do so.
5.  From the extracted BreakoutAllinOnePkg folder, run RecoveryAIO.bat.
6.  Type in 1 and then press the Enter key.
7.  Wait until the process is complete.
8.  Once CWM is installed, pull the battery out of your device, put it back it and immediately press and hold the Search and Power buttons until the splash screen is finished loading.  [This will prevent the device from overwriting the custom recovery with stock; if this happens, you'll have to go through the whole process again!]
You should now have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your Pantech Breakout!  To enter recovery, hold the Search and Power buttons when the device is off and once in recovery, use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate and the camera button to select.
